About The Carfolks Team
Mark R. Dubis
As CEO, and one of the co-founders of Carfolks.com, Mark has over 26 years in the automotive and transportation fields. He has worked in executive, management, and sales roles, developing marketing and e-Commerce strategies. With Carfolks, Mark saw a need to more accurately represent auto dealerships and sales professionals on the Internet. Carfolks was developed to provide validated information to consumers and help them connect with good, customer focused local dealers. The goal is to reward dealers for doing things right!
Previously he held the position of Editor of Digital Dealer Magazine, and served as the Interim Executive Director of the Automotive Association of Internet Sales Professionals (AAISP), where he helped coordinate the first two Digital Dealer/AAISP Conferences in Nashville, TN.
Additionally Mark worked for auto retailers in South Florida and then utilized his entrepreneurial skills by owning and managing his own vehicle leasing company for eight years. The South Florida Business Journal included his company, Arrow Motorcar on their list of the Top 25 leasing companies in the market.
In the 90’s Mark held executive positions in the financial services arena for two of the largest indirect-auto lenders in the country, KeyBankUSA and National City Bank (Now PNC Bank). At National City he developed the National City Auto Channel, the first and only auto shopping portal on a bank website. It tied together the bank’s network of 3000+ auto dealers and promoted them to a potential customer market of four million households doing business with National City Bank in the Mid-West.
Before working in the finance and marketing arena, Mark spent nine years in the truck rental and leasing market, working with Penske Leasing and Ryder Truck Leasing in Pennsylvania and Florida locations.
You can reach Mark at our Mid-West office by calling 216-712-6712.
